LEGAL NOTICE:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a public
hearing to amend the 2006 Town of Rochester Comprehensive Plan adding a Natural Heritage
Plan (Open Space Plan) for May 3, 2018 at 7:00pm at the Town of Rochester Town Hall 50
Scenic Road Accord, NY 12404. Said plan is available for review in the office of the Town
Clerk and on www.townofrochester.ny.gov.
All Interested persons will be heard.
