LEGAL NOTICE:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a public
hearing regarding proposed Local Law # 3-2018 re: amending Chapter 140( Zoning) of the Town
Code adding the creation of Economic Enterprise Overlay Zone for May 3, 2018 at the Town of
Rochester Town Hall immediately following the 7pm public hearing on amending the
Comprehensive plan. Copy of proposed law is available at the office of the Town Clerk and on
www.townofrochester.ny.gov.
