Please take notice that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a public hearing for
local law C-2024 amending Chapter 140, zoning to include new chapter entitled ยง140-32.1,
Adult Use Cannabis Related Businesses to be held January 11, 2024, at 6:30pm at the Harold
Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY. A copy of proposed local law is
available for viewing in the office of the Town Clerk and on the town website
www.townofrochester.ny.gov. The January workshop meeting will immediately follow the
public hearing.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, the public will be fully able to observe the meetings via
computer, smartphone, tablet, or another electronic device via YouTube:

Participants who wish to offer comment at the public hearing may do so in one of 4 ways.
