Please take notice that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a public hearing for
proposed Local Law 12-2023; Amendment to Chapter 125 Subdivision, of the Code of the
Town of Rochester to be held on Thursday November 30, 2023, at 6:30pm. Furthermore, the
Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a public hearing for proposed Local Law 13-
2023; Amendment to Chapter 140 Zoning, of the Code of the Town of Rochester to immediately
follow the scheduled public hearing for local law 12-2023. Both public hearings will be held at
the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, Due to public health concerns, in-person attendance will be permitted, however the public will be fully able to observe the meetings via computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device via YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCg7ykop50cWmqPFUpgDjRSQ
Participants who wish to offer comment at the public hearing may do so in one of 4 ways.
