NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing for the following matter at its meeting on September 21st, 2023, commencing at 6:00PM at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Rd, Accord, NY 12404.

Applicant has proposed a 24′ x 24′ garage within the 40′ require setback. Applicant is requesting a 28′ area variance.
