PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled 2 public hearings for 1/5/2023 at the Harold Lipton Community Center 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404 beginning at 6:30pm on proposed Local Law 1-2023: amending Chapter 128, Taxation of the Code of the Town of Rochester Article V, Exemption for Disabled Persons with Limited Income and proposed local law 2-2023: A Local Law amending Chapter 128, Taxation of the Code of the Town of Rochester Article IV, Senior Citizens Tax Exemption immediately following. Copies of said proposed law are available in the office of the Town Clerk and on the Town of Rochester website www.townofrochester.ny.gov. The Regular Town Board meeting will immediately follow the two public hearings.
