NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Rochester, HAS CANCELLED the public hearing at its meeting on Thursday, November 18th, 2021, commencing at 6:00PM, at the Harold Lipton Community Center, at 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY, on the following matter:

21/520 – Bettina Schneider – Area Variance 700 Cty. Rte. 6/SBL: 77.2-4-7 R-2 District
Applicant requests a variance to build a 6-7 foot fence to shield from increasing traffic and noise.
