PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a public

hearing entitled: “A Local Law amending Chapter 125 (Subdivision) of the Town

of Rochester for September 4, 2014 at the Rochester Town Hall 50 Scenic Rd. Accord, NY

12404 immediately following the public hearing on Chapter 140 of the zoning code at 7 pm.

Complete copies of the proposed law is available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk,

50 Scenic Rd. Accord, NY 12404. Any resident of the Town may be heard upon said proposed

local law at the public hearing.
