The Town of Rochester Town Board held a Budget Workshop Meeting on October 11, 2021 at 6:00pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404
PRESENT:

Councilwoman Erin Enouen Councilman Chris Hewitt
Councilman Adam Paddock Supervisor Michael Baden
Highway Superintendent Jeff Frey

ABSENT:

Councilwoman Bea Haugen-Depuy

Supervisor Baden opened the meeting and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

The Town Board reviewed the Highway& Building and Grounds portion of the budget.

APPROVAL TO AUTHORIZE THE SUPERVISOR TO SIGN CONTRACT:
Resolution # 304-2021:

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign contract effective 12/1/2021 offering the CDPHP Delta Dental of NY Traditional PPO option with employee to pay 50 % of the coverage and the Town of Rochester to pay 50 % of coverage.
Second: Councilman Hewitt
Aye: 4 nay: 0 abstain: 0 motion carried
Haugen-Depuy absent
ADJOURNMENT:

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen to adjourn the meeting at 9:00pm.
