Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor, in the capacity of Budget Officer, to modify the General and Highway Fund budgets, as presented.

F. Authorizating the Supervisor to Present Notice of Selection
Recommended Resolution: On recommendation of Highway Supt. Frey, Councilman Coleman, and Supervisor Baden, the Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to present Notice of Selection to _________________, a professional consulting civil engineering firm from the Region 8 LDSA list to consult on all services [complete preliminary design, detailed design, right-of-way incidental, right-of-way acquisition, construction support and construction inspection services] for a Federal Aid transportation project located in the Town of Rochester, Kerhonkson, New York, PIN 8762.6, Project: Boice Mill Road over Falls Mill Brook Bridge Replacement (BIN 2224460). The Supervisor, as Project Manager, is authorized to conduct a negotiations meeting based on the Scope of Services, subject to Consultant Procurement and Administration procedures for Locally Administered Federal Aid Projects. The resulting contract proposal to be approved by resolution of the Town Board.
