B. Appointment of Electrical Inspector
Recommended Resolution: on request by the Building Department, the Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the addition of Yuri Badovic, SAS Electrical Inspection, Greenfield Park, NY 12435 to the list of Town of Rochester approved 3rd party electrical inspectors

C. Authorizing the Supervisor to Sign a Grant of Easement/Right of Way
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board, on advisement of the Attorney for the Town, authroizes the Town Supervisor to sign a grant of easement/right of way agreement by and between CRAM LLC a/k/a CRAM NY LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, with an address of 425 150th Avenue, Unit 2201, Madeira Beach, Florida 33708, duly authorized to conduct business in the State of New York as CRAM NY LLC, having an address of P.O. Box 851, Kerhonkson, New York 12446, party of the first part, and the TOWN OF ROCHESTER, a municipal corporation, having offices located at Granit Road, P.O. Box 65,Accord, Town of Rochester, State of New York, party of the second part, granting a a permanent and perpetual easement for all highway purposes including maintenance of a fifty foot Right of Way over the existing town road known as Beehive Road, measuring from the centerline of Beehive Road for a distance of 25 feet outward on each side of the road, as depicted on the subdivision map and,The Party of the First Part, shall be responsible for repair of any damage that occurs to the existing town road known as Beehive Road during the construction of any improvement upon the subdivision lots, including but not limited too replacement of any damaged pipes or culverts.

D. Award of and Authorization to Purchase Large Format Scanner
Recommended Resolution:
Whereas, This purchase is made as part of the awarded 2021 Local Government Records Management Improvement Fund (LGRMIF) grant.
Whereas, LGRMIF grant funding requires the vendor to be M/WBE certified.
Whereas, The original quote was secured in 2019 via a company thought to be eligible and found to be noneligible.
Whereas, Six requests for quotes were emailed to M/WBE compliant vendors found on the NYS list.
Whereas, Intivity is the only vendor who replied with ability to supply the product
Whereas, $7,160 has been appropriated in the 2022 budget.
Therefore, The Town of Rochester Town Board awards a contract to purchase from Intivity, 106 Despatch Dr. Suite 2, East Rochester, NY 14445, specifically
(1) Epson SureColor T5270 Single Roll Edition Printer,
(1) MFP Scanner (LFP) for SureColor T5270 and T5270D Printers SureColor 36 Color MFP Scanner,
(1) labor, setup, accessories, orientation,
(1) shipping and handling,
Total pricing $8,984.22

E. Apointment of Highway Department Secretary
Recommended Resolution: On request of the Highway Superintendent, the Town of Rochester Town Board to appoint Jessica Boughton to the position of Highway Superintendent Secretary (PT), filling a vacancy, for 25 hours per week at a rate of $20.00 per hour, effective on October 23, 2022, subject to approval by the Ulster County Personnel Department.

F. Contractual Agreement
Recommended Resolution: On request of the Highway Superintendent, the Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to contract with Betina Post at a rate of $25.00 per hour for up to 20 hours for training of the Highway Superintendent Secretary.
