PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled public hearings on proposed Local Laws making amendments to Chapter 140, Zoning, of the Town of Rochester Code, to be held January 26, 2023 at 6:00pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404.
Two public hearings will be held. The respective order of hearings is:
Local Law CC-2022, § 140-29 Wireless Telecommunications Facilities
Local Law DD-2022, § 140-38. Contractor Storage Yards
The above local laws are available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk and on the Town websitehttps://ecode360.com/RO1435/documents/Legislation/?.com)
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, Due to public health concerns, in-person attendance will be permitted, however the public will be fully able to observe the meetings via computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device via YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCg7ykop50cWmqPFUpgDjRSQ
