Planning Board Applications: none
Report from Town Board: Erin was absent, attending special town board meeting

NEW BUSINESS:
Change time of meetings to 6:00. This was approved. New start time is 6:00 PM
Town of Rochester participation in the Ulster County Environmental Council Jim will attend EMC meeting on 10/27
Discuss attendance record of some ECC members. Lisa and Heather are no longer here.

UPCOMING EVENTS

CONTINUING PROJECTS

1. Third Thursday Nature Series update:
a. November: Native Plants
b. December off

2. Wildlife Corridor/209 Underpass: Judith, Ann, Chris Spatz

3. Pollinator garden for TOR: Ann and Judith:
a. Town Hall patch of grass between the parking lot and the building. John will seek approval of this area from Mike Baden and request a budget.
b. Ann and Todd will ask their daughter if she wants to design it. We will publicize, plant, and maintain. with

4. Pollinator garden under solar arrays: John to contact Nexamp.

5. Recruiting new ECC members:

6. Mission Statement. Judith requested adding something about the impact to ecosystem. The current MS could be updated but would take some energy to do so and might have to wait for when we have new members.

7. Lawns to Meadows Campaign: Judith suggested that we make this a signature campaign. There was no vote on it, but she will get the ball rolling and then we can vote on it next month. Her tasks:
a. Go to a Woodstock Pollinator Pathway meeting to form an alliance.
b. Go through her list of websites and present us with more information on this subject.

8. Local Law H is open for public comments. Larry and his team will forward their recommendations to us for sign off before submitting formally to Town Board.

NEW PROJECTS:
1. Plastic Bag Recycling: Ann will contact Ashley Sweeney to see if ECC can assist in that program.
