NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing for the following matter at its meeting on January 18th,2024, commencing at 6:00PM at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Rd, Accord, NY 12404.

ZBA 2023-08 AV – Alix UmenS/B/L 76.1-2-42.200 – 227 Boicemill rd.
Applicant proposes a carport, does not meet front yard setback requirement per the Town of Rochester Schedule ofDistrict Regulations and would need an 8’ variance.
