A. Authorizing the Supervisor to Dispense Funds
Recommended resolution; The Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to make payment to LAD Construction of The Hudson Valley Inc. in the amount of $8,000 for services involving the NY Rising project of the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR) for the Harold Lipton Community Center. Such payment shall be reimbursed to the Town upon payment by GOSR to the Town of Rochester.
