Please take notice that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a public hearing of
Local Law F of 2024, a local law amending the zoning map upon zoning permit request by a
landowner, to be held Thursday July 25, 2024, commencing at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton
Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY 12404.
Requested Zoning District Change:
Proposed Local Law F: The Zoning Map of the Town of Rochester shall be amended to reflect
that the property contained in Ulster County Tax Map known as SBL 76.10-1-9.200, 40 Old
Mine Road, Kerhonkson NY and located in the Industrial (I) zoning district shall be
rezoned to be located in the Hamlet (H) zoning district, at the landowners petition.
