NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing for the following matter at its meeting on September 21st, 2023, commencing at 6:00 PM at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Rd, Accord, NY 12404.

Applicant proposes a 6′ high fence along Clay Hill Road, proposal does not meet TOR Code 140-13(H).
