PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a public

hearing for September 4, 2014 at 7pm at the Rochester Town Hall 50 Scenic Rd. Accord, NY

12404 regarding a local law entitled: “A Local Law amending Chapter 140 (Zoning) of the Town

of Rochester.

Complete copies of the proposed law is available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk,

50 Scenic Rd. Accord, NY 12404. Any resident of the Town may be heard upon said proposed

local law at the public hearing.
