Town of Rochester Youth Commission Minutes December 12, 2018
Call to order: 9:40am
Present: Jessica Knapp-Chair, Pam Stocking-Vice Chair, Debbie Slutsky, Sandy Chipman, Manuela Michailescu, Ashley Sweeney-Recreation/Youth Director, Rita Harkins and Bethany Dennin-Assistants to the Recreation Director.
Verbal Director’s report given by Ashley Sweeney.
This was a working meeting. Members assembled presents for youth holiday party.
Jessica Knapp will be getting the award plaque engraved.
Confirmed music for each holiday party, Deb Martin’s band for Senior Brunch, sound equipment for the tree lighting at museum and a DJ for the Youth Holiday Party.
