A Special Meeting was held on October 16, 2015 at 1pm at the Town of Rochester Town Hall.

Supervisor Chipman opened the Special Meeting regarding the Accord Speedway Race Schedule.

AUTHORIZATION OF SUBSTITUTION OF RACE DAY:
Resolution # 107-2015:

A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin to approve the authorization for Accord Speedway to use 10/31/2015 as a make-up date for a scheduled race.

The board members discussed having Attorney Christiana look into the law regarding
re-scheduled race dates. Currently the law states that the board has to vote on the approval of a rain date. Supervisor Chipman recommends allowing the Supervisor to change but if rejected a decision can be appealed to the board.

COURT CLERK DISCUSSION:

Supervisor Chipman spoke with both Attorney Christiana and Michael Richardson about Court Clerk positions. A proposal will be made to the board to vote on 2 part-time non-competitive positions not to exceed more than 17.5 hours per week.
