The July 10, 2019 Special Meeting was held at the Town of Rochester Town Hall at 9 am. The purpose of said meeting was to discuss an open development application.

Supervisor Baden opened the meeting.
OPEN DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION : GIBSON
Resolution # 186-2019:
A Motion was made by Councilman Hewitt upon referral to the Planning Board and Highway Superintendent and favourable review by same, the Town Board hereby establishes an Open Development area, pursuant to NYS Town Law §280-a, for the parcel identified as S/B/L 76.3-2-70, located off 80 Lower Granite Road, Kerhonkson with access given by right-of-way or easement. The Town Supervisor is granted the authority to sign documentation authorizing Open Development area upon satisfaction of the following conditions.
1. A driveway permit shall be secured from the Highway Superintendent for the intersection of the right-of-way with Lower Granite Road.
2. The Attorney for the Town shall coordinate with the property owner to establish a road maintenance agreement to be filed with the Ulster County Clerk.
3. The Attorney for the Town must review and approve the right of way map and written description for agreement.
4. The Town shall be reimbursed for the Attorney for the Town fees for her services by the property owner.
