EXECUTIVE SESSION:

A Motion was made by Councilman Paddock the Town Board motions to enter into Executive Session for the purposes of conducting interviews for various Boards and Commissions appointments.
Second: Councilwoman Enouen
Aye: 5 nay: 0 abstain: 0 5-0, motion carried

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen to reconvene the meeting at 9:15pm
Second: Councilwoman Haugen-Depuy
Aye: 5 nay: 0 abstain: 0 5-0, motion carried

POLICY REGARDING THE FAMILIES FIRST CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE ACT:
Resolution # 69-2021:

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen;

Whereas; the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) leave mandates required businesses with fewer than 500 employees to provide employees up to 80 hours of paid sick leave for their own health needs or to care for others.
Whereas; these Federal leave requirements expired on Dec. 31, 2020.
Therefore; the Town of Rochester Town Board motions to extend the paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave mandates created by the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) for the period of January 1, 2021 until such time as the Town Board adopts a Plan for Operations during a Public Health Emergency.

MEETING DATE:
Resolution #70 -2021:

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen that the Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the date change of the May 2021 Audit/Workshop meeting from Thursday May 26, 2021 at 6:00pm to Wednesday May 25, 2021.
Second: Councilman Paddock
Aye: 5 nay: 0 abstain: 0 5-0, motion carried

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen that the Town Board motions to enter into Executive Session at 9:25pm for the purposes of conducting interviews for various Boards and Commissions appointments.

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen to reconvene the meeting at 9:51pm.
Second: Councilman Hewitt
Aye: 5 nay: 0 abstain: 0 5-0, motion carried

BOARD AND COMMISSIONS CANDIDATES:
Resolution # 71 -2021:

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Haugen-Depuy to request the Supervisor send the resumes and letters of interest by prospective candidates for the Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals to the respective Chairs of each Board requesting comment on the applicants.
