The Town of Rochester Town Board held a Special Meeting on January 16, 2020 at 6:44pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center.

PRESENT:

Councilwoman Erin Enouen Councilwoman Bea Haugen-Depuy
Councilman Chris Hewitt Councilman Adam Paddock
Supervisor Michael Baden Town Attorney Mary Lou Christiana

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen to enter into executive session at 6:45pm
for the purposes of discussion of matters leading to the employment, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular corporation.
Second: Councilman Hewitt
Aye: 5 nay: 0 abstain: 0 motion carried

A Motion was made by Councilman Hewitt to reconvene the meeting at 7:00pm stating no action taken nor monies expended.
Second: Councilman Paddock
Aye: 5 nay: 0 abstain: 0 motion carried

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN OF ROCHESTER AND MOBILE PROP. LLC:
Resolution # 61 -2020:

A Motion was made by Councilman Hewitt to terminate the agreement between the Town of Rochester and Mobile Properties LLC due to Mobile Properties LLC breach of the agreement awarded May 17, 2019;
And further, to make no further payment to Mobile Properties LLC;
And further, to direct the Attorney for the Town to send a letter to Mobile Properties LLC advising them of the termination.
