A Special Meeting for the Town Board was held on February 12, 2018 at 9:00am at the Town of Rochester Town Hall

AUTHORIZATION TO SIGN PURCHASE LEASE WITH KEYBANK FOR HIGHWAY TRUCKS:
Resolution # 85-2018:

A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin to authorize Supervisor Baden to sign lease for the purchase of two International Highway Trucks with Key Government Finance Inc. for a 5 year term at a rate of 3.1%.

AUTHORIZE TOWN CLERK TO SEND NOTIFICATION TO ZBA:
Resolution # 86-2018:

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Haugen-Depuy to authorize the Town Clerk to send notification to the Town of Rochester Zoning Board of Appeals removing instructions sent on November 2, 2017 directing the ZBA to table further discussion regarding Borrego Solar Systems Inc.

AUTHORIZE TOWN CLERK TO SEND NOTIFICATION TO MEDENBACH & EGGERS:
Resolution # 87-2018:

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Haugen-Depuy to authorize the Town Clerk to send letter to Medenbach and Eggers to continue with the closure of the mining permit for the Town Sand mine located at 6140 Route 209 Kerhonkson.
Second: Councilman Drabkin
Discussion: Councilman Drabkin asked if the mining permit can be reopened.
Supervisor Baden stated that it was confirmed that the Town can apply for another mining permit in the future.
