A SPECIAL Meeting was held on March 20, 2015 at 1:00pm at the Town of Rochester Town Hall.

ABSENT:

Councilman Drabkin   Councilman Spano

Supervisor Chipman opened the meeting and read aloud;

 

PROPOSED LOCAL LAW # 2-2015: AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE TOWN OF ROCHESTER

 

Section 1.

The Zoning Map of the Town of Rochester shall be amended to reflect that those properties contained in Ulster County Tax Map sections; 76.003-2-32; 76.003-2-35.11, 76.003-2-36.1; and 84.002-1-45 shall be included in the AR-3 Zoning District.

 

Section 2.

This Local Law shall become effective immediately upon filing with the Secretary of the State of the State of New York.

 

SCHEDULING PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED LOCAL LAW # 2-2015:

Resolution # 52-2015:

 

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Chachkin to schedule a public hearing on proposed local law # 2-2015 re: Amending the Zoning Map for 4/2/2015 at 7pm with the Town Board Meeting Immediately following and further advertising the Town Clerk to advertise the same.

HIRING OF TEMPORARY HIGHWAY SECRETARY:

Resolution # 53-2015:

 

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Fornino to appoint Fallon G. Wynkoop temporary highway secretary.
