The Special Meeting regarding IBEW contract was held on November 28, 2016 at 6:00pm at the Town of Rochester Town Hall.
PRESENT:

ABSENT:

Councilwoman Fornino Town Clerk Gundberg

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin to enter into executive session to discuss contract issues with IBEW representing Highway Employees at 6:01pm.

Seconded by: Councilwoman Chachkin 4-0aye, motion carried
Fornino absent

A Motion was made by Councilwoman Chachkin to reconvene the meeting at 6:50 pm stating no action taken nor monies spent.

Seconded by: Councilman Drabkin 4-0aye, motion carried

ADOPTION OF THE IBEW CONTRACT:
Resolution # 132-2016:

A Motion was made by Councilman Spano to approve the IBEW contract with Highway Employees for the 2017, 2018 & 2019 year with the following amendments;
Section 7.4.1 removed, amending the uniform allowance to increase from $ 250 to $ 300 per year, Section 7.3.1 change beginning of the provision to read “A Regular Full-time” prior to the
word employee.
