The Audit/Workshop Meeting was held on June 25, 2015 at 5:35pm at the Town Hall immediately following the public hearing.

A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin to approve the following bills as audited this date

LACROSSE PROPOSAL:
Tony Tocco of the High School Lacrosse Club presented to the board an idea of utilizing the basketball/ volleyball court as a lacrosse and soccer ring.
Resolution # 80-2015:
A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin to grant Tony Tocco the ability to utilize and slightly modify the basketball/ volleyball court for the purpose of holding lacrosse training and practices.

SPECIAL EVENTS:
The Board discussed briefly the issue with Alligerville residents and the Crested Hen Farm proposal of commercial events. The Board agreed to allow the application to takes its course through the planning board there is a lot to be completed before this is even a possibility. Supervisor Chipman stated that people are getting ahead of themselves and he will address it more at the July Town Board meeting.
CONSTABULARY PROCEDURES:
Richard Miller gave each board member the next set of policy and procedure manual for the constabulary to review and discuss at a later time.
NYRISING:
Supervisor Chipman thanked Wayne Kelder, Laura Finestone & Larry DeWitt for being part of the committee discussing the Rondout flood litigation.
We are ready to move on to phase 2 which is installing showers at the Community Center for emergency purposes.
SURPLUS BID UPDATE:
Resolution # 81 -2015:
A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin to extend the surplus bidding until 7/28/15 at 11am and for the Town Clerk to advertise the same.

A Motion was made by Councilman Drabkin to extend the proposals until 7/20/15 at 4pm and for the Town Clerk to advertise the same.
