A. Authorizing the Supervisor to Retain Legal Counsel
Recommended resolution: The Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to engage the law firm of Girvin & Ferlazzo, P.C. to represent the Town in connection with an appeal to the NYS Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board from an Administrative Law Judge determination at a cost of $200.00 per hour for attorney time and to sign the Letter of Engagement commencing services.

B. Amendment to Resolution ___ of 2020
Recommended resolution: The Town Board amends resolution ___ of 2020, adopted June 4, 2020, to add the name of ____________ to the Constabulary Review Committee.

C. Authorizing Purchase of Equipment
Recommended resolution: The Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to commence purchase of a mower from __________________, having received 4 quotes for such equipment in accordance with the Town of Rochester procurement policy.
