II. Resolutions
A. Ulster County Office of Economic Development
Application to the NYS Office of Homes and Community Renewal
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board approves and endorses Ulster County in its application to NYS Homes and Community Renewal for funding under the NYS Main Streets Program

WHEREAS, Ulster County desires to apply for $500,000 in financial assistance through the 2021 Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) under the NYS Office of Homes and Community Renewal and

WHEREAS, the application proposes funding to assist property owners to complete building renovations; and

WHEREAS, the proposed funding will contribute to ongoing community revitalization efforts; and

WHEREAS, the grant application requires that the applicant obtain the approval and endorsement of the governing body of the municipality in which the project will be located.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of Rochester approves and endorses the 2021 CFA for NYS Office of Homes and Community Renewal NY Main Street Program assistance prepared and to be submitted by Ulster County, upon adoption of Resolution 304-2021 by the Ulster County Legislature.

B. Transfer Station Employee Duties
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board adopts the employee duties for the Transfer Station, as presented by Councilwoman Enouen.

C. Transfer Station Employee Vacancies
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board establishes a subcommittee of Supervisor Baden, Councilwoman Enouen, and Transfer Station Supervisor Frey to interview and make recommendation to the Town Board of candidates to fill vacant Laborer positions.
 

D. Copier Contract
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign contract with ________ for a 60 month contract with ________ pages per month and ________ features for the lease of two (2) copier machines, effective August 1, 2021.

III. Executive Session
Recommended resolution; The Town of Rochester motions to enter into executive session for the purposes of discussion of the proposed acquisition, sale or lease of real properties
