I. Call to Order – Pledge to The Flag – Roll Call

II. RESOLUTIONS
a) Acceptance of the Small Employer Benefit Package
Recommended resolution; The Town Board accepts the Small Employer Benefits Package, effective December 1, 2018, as presented by Marshall and Sterling, and authorizes the Supervisor to sign the agreement.

b) Appointment to Youth Commission
Recommended resolution; The Town Board appoints Deborah Slutsky to membership to the Town of Rochester Youth Commission for a term to end Dec. 31, 2020 and directs the Town Clerk to send notice of the requirements of Oath of Office.

c) Acceptance of a Donation
Recommended resolution; The Town Board accepts the donations of $104.00 collected by the Recreation Department and directs the Supervisor to deposit and credit such.

d) Meeting Date Change – October Audit/Workshop meeting
Recommended resolution; The Town Board cancels the October 25, 2018 Audit/Workshop meeting, scheduled for 6pm and 7pm, respectively and sets new meeting date of Tuesday October 30, 2018, Town Hall, 50 Scenic Road, Accord, NY at 6pm and 7pm, respectively. The Town Clerk is directed to post and distribute legal notice.
