B. Lead Agency Designation – Alligerville Fire Station and Emergency Shelter Project
Recommended resolution; The Town Board consents to the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR) to serve as lead agency under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and related laws for the environmental review of the proposed Alligerville Fire Station and Emergency Shelter Project and authorizes the Supervisor to sign and send the form indicating such consent.
