MINUTES OF February 22nd, 2021 WORKSHOP MEETING OF the Town of Rochester PLANNING BOARD, held at 6:30pm via ZOOM and Streamed on Youtube.

Chairperson Lindstrom asked everyone to stand for the Pledge to the Flag.

The Secretary did roll call attendance.

REVIEW LATEST VERSION OF PROPOSED NEW SHORT TERM RENTAL ZONING CODE & SUBMIT FINAL COMMENTS TO TOWN BOARD:

The Board went over and discussed the comments they wished to send to the Town Board in reagards to the proposed Short Term Rental Zoning Code. Chair Lindstrom said she would write up something encompassing all the questions and comments the Board had brought up and wanted to address. She said she’d send it to the Planning Board memebers for review and then send to the Town Board for their consideration.

ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Zurofsky made the motiont to adjourn the meeting at 7:15pm. Mr. Williams seconded the motion.
All in Favor. Motion carried.
