• May 4 (10-1pm)
• Sites – Meet at Berme Road access point, Parking potentially at Town Hall
• Equipment/materials
o Food donations (Saunderskill)
o Water cooler, cups
o Bags have been ordered
o Set up crew for food at Town Hall
o Boat parking at Town Hall
o Signage at Town Hall and Berme Road
o Shuttle drivers
o Road access permission
Speaker Series
• Speaker series (3rd Thursdays)
o Recycling – UCRRA, May 16th (6-7pm) at Town Hall; Angelina Peone, Margot Becker (vice chair of EMC). Supervisor Baden to introduce speaker.
o Permaculture – June, Andrew Faust, Rondout Watershed Alliance
• Recycling handouts – One page on TOR Transfer station recycling. Can also go on website. Madeline and Mikala to draft. John to get review by UCRRA.
Trees for Tribs planting
• May 18th at noon on Sundown Road
• Partnering with DEC and Rondout Valley Watershed Alliance
• 17 acres, 300+ trees
• Music, food (catered)
• Possible filming
Community Composting
• Kristin to meet with Chris to finalize proposal
• ECC would like to support proposal to town board for pilot program (2 toters/$130 month)
