Please be aware that the Town of Rochester Courthouse will suspend public access for all matters that are not emergencies until May 1, 2020. Wednesday court nights are cancelled until May 2020.
The TOR Court will continue to receive mail, emails and phone calls during normal business hours and is available by phone to answer questions about your case or ticket. If your address or phone number has changed, please call the Court so it can update its records and communicate with you about future court dates.
If you have been issued an appearance ticket or summons directing you to appear in court in March or April, please call the Court at (845) 626-2522 for further instructions.
