Calendar column explanation:
Zoning Application to CEO- This column is for the applicants; this is the date that applicants will need to submit to the code enforcement office for their application to be considered for that agenda.
CEO Determination Letter to ZBA- This column is mainly for office use; this is the date that code enforcement has to have their decisions to the ZBA office by for the application to be considered for the agenda.
Application Cut Off- This column is for applicants; this is the date that applications have to be submitted to our office by to be considered for the agenda.
ZBA Meeting- This column is for everyone; this is the date that all regular ZBA meetings will be scheduled to be held.
*Meeting the dates for any step in the process does not guarantee that your application will be on the agenda for that meeting, there are many reasons an application may not appear on the agenda.*
*Please note: Getting applications, materials, etc in by the respective cut-off dates will not guarantee placement on ZBA Agenda. Potential applications could take longer due to a number of variables i.e- missing application items, signatures, more extensive research needed, etc.

Town Board Liaison

Zoning board of Appeals meets 6:00 P.M. on the 3rd Thursday of every month at the Community Center. The ZBA reviews area variances and use variances.
All applications and required documents must be received no later than TWO Weeks before the scheduled meeting to be put on the agenda.
