Meeting Dates:
The Planning Board meets the 2nd Monday of the month at 7PM at the Harold Lipton Community Center.
Submission Deadlines:
All applications and required documents must be received no later than two weeks before the scheduled meeting by 3:00PM.
Purpose:
The Board makes determinations on special use permits, site plan approvals, subdivisions, and lot improvements. Certain applications brought before the Board are subject to review by the Town Planner or other professionals.
Important Notes:
  • Getting applications, materials, etc. in by the respective cut-off dates will not guarantee placement on Planning Board Meeting Agenda. Potential applications could take longer due to several variables i.e.- missing application items, signatures, more extensive research needed, etc.
  • Applicants or their representative must appear in person to be considered on the agenda.

Calendar column explanation:

Zoning Application to CEO- This column is for the applicants; this is the date that applicants will need to submit to the code enforcement office for their application to be considered for that agenda.

CEO Determination Letter to PB- This column is mainly for office use; this is the date that code enforcement has to have their decisions to the planning board office by for the application to be considered for the agenda.

PB Workshop/ Application Cut Off- This column is for applicants, the public, and board members, this is the date that workshop meetings will be scheduled to be held, as well as the date that applications have to be submitted to our office by to be considered for the agenda.

PB Meeting- This column is for everyone; this is the date that all regular planning board meeting will be scheduled to be held.
