SBL: 68.2-2-31 & 68.2-2-38.112 DESCRIPTION:  Applicant proposes conveyance of +/-.31 acres from 15 Bakertown Road to 14 Bakertown Road. The idea is to take the garage currently on 15 Bakertown Road and add it to 14 Bakertown Road. Setbacks have been met, however each new lot created would need to be a minimum of 2 acres per the TOR Schedule of District Regulations which is not possible in this case. Applicant is requesting an area variance to waive the minimum acreage requirement.
