MOMENT OF SILENCE:
The Town of Rochester held a moment of silence for the 2 Kingston High School students who tragically passed away this week in an automobile accident. Our thoughts and prayers go out to their families.

BRIDGENY 2024 APPLICATION:
Resolution # 95-2024:

Discussion: Supervisor Baden stated this is for a bridge on Project 32 Rd and culvert on Sundown Road. The application is due 1/19/2024.
The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign application and related documents in regards to the BridgeNY 2024 grant application.

SECURITY CONSULTANT CONTRACT:
Both Supervisor Baden and Attorney Christiana both stated that they haven’t heard back from the vendor addressing some questions the Board had. The topic was tabled.
SUBDIVISION/ ZONING CODE UPDATES:
It was agreed that the Board would complete the subdivision code first, it is expected to only have another ½ hour worth of work to complete.
Zoning code will be worked on at the workshop meeting on 2/8/24.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:

The Town of Rochester Town Board will enter into executive session at 6:58pm for the purposes of interviews leading to potential appointment of particular persons to the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Board of Assessment Review and potential appointment of particular persons.

Councilwoman Smiseth left at 10:35pm.

The Town of Rochester Town Board designates a stipend of $ 5,200 per year, to be paid on a weekly basis, for Grounds Supervisor to be paid to Jeffrey Frey upon signed agreement of duties with the Town Board.
