The Town of Rochester Town Board held a special workshop meeting at 5:45pm on June 15,2023 at Rochester 2 Firehouse, 922 Samsonville Rd Kerhonkson, NY 12446.

RESOLUTIONS:
ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA:
Resolution # 240-2023:
Motion: Councilman Coleman
Second: Councilwoman Smiseth
The Town of Rochester Town Board accepts the agenda as prepared by the Town Supervisor with the addition of the Accord Speedway request.
AUTHORIZING THE ACCORD SPEEDWAY TO AMEND SCHEDULE:
Resolution # 241-2023:
Motion: Councilwoman Smiseth
Second: Councilman Paddock
The Town of Rochester Town Board allows the Accord Speedway to amend their 2023 scheduled to include a race event on either June 21, 2023 or June 22, 2023 but not both dates.

REVIEW OF THE PROPOSED ZONING CHANGES:

The Board reviewed the proposed changes.
• Councilwoman Smiseth left at 7:00pm.
