Resolution # 278-2022:
A Motion was made by Councilman Coleman that the Town Board accepts the agenda as prepared by the Town Supervisor with the additional resolutions pertaining to Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals.

CHANGE IN EMPLOYMENT POSITION:
Resolution # 279-2022:
A Motion was made by Supervisor Baden that the The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes a change in compensation for the Code Enforcement/Building Inspector position from $1015 weekly salaryfor 35 hours worked per week to be new amount of $29.00 hourly, the work week to be established as not less than 21 hours per week and not more than 35 hours per week, effective July 3, 2022. Medical and dental insurance benefits shall continue, as exist currently.

APPOINTMENT TO THE PLANNING BOARD:
Resolution # 280-2022:
A Motion was made by Councilwoman Enouen that The Town of Rochester Town Board appoints Bruce Psaras to the Planning Board, effective July 1, 2022 filling a vacancy for a term to end 12/31/2024. The Town Clerk is requested to notify of the requirement of the Oath of Office.

APPOINTMENT TO THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS:
Resolution # 281 -2022:
A Motion was made by that Councilman Paddock The Town of Rochester Town Board appoints Samuel Zurofsky to the Zoning Board of Appeals, effective July 1, 2022 filling a vacancy for a term to end 12/31/2024. The Town Clerk is requested to notify of the requirement of the Oath of Office.
