The Town of Rochester Town Board held a special meeting on August 14, 2023,for the purpose to enter into executive session at 6:00pm at the Town of Rochester Courthouse, 140 Samsonville Road Kerhonkson, NY 12446.

Supervisor Baden called the meeting to order.
TOWN JUSTICE LAFLAMME:
Justice Laflamme noted the presence of cameras in the courtroom and made public her statement that the cameras ability to record audio are supposedly disabled, but reiterated she has been unable to 100% verify the accuracy of that statement. Should they be able to record audio, she stated that courts would fully prosecute any person or persons who may access such voice recording.

The Town of Rochester Town Board enters into executive session at 6:05pm for the purpose of discussion of a particular employee.

The Town of Rochester Town Board reconvened the meeting at 7:20pm with no action taken nor monies expended.
