Supervisor Baden called the meeting to order and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

Please take notice that the Town of Rochester Town Board has schedule a public hearing on proposed local law 9-2023: providing for a moratorium on actions subject to building permits, site plan, special use permits, or subdivision review for the period October 2- December 15, 2023, to be continued on September 14, 2023, at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road Accord, NY 12404

Ulster County Planning Board: submitted no county impact

Town of Rochester Planning Board: The Planning Board has no concerns as to the Town Boards request to extend the moratorium. The Planning Board’s only comment to the Town Board is to complete the revised code effectively and to take as much time as needed to complete it for the benefit of the tax payers of the Town Board.
