Town of Rochester Town Board held an Executive Session on September 29, 2022 at 7:48pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY

Discussion:

The Town Board discussed sending a letter to the editor regarding their stance on the KAFAS contract.

Resolution # 397-2022:

A Motion was made by Councilman Coleman that the Town Board authorizes Supervisor Baden to distribute signed letter by each Town Board member to the editor of the Shawangunk Journal, Blue Stone Press and Daily Freeman on Wednesday 10/5/2022 and posted on the Town Website on 10/06/2022.
Second: Councilwoman Smiseth
Aye: 5 nay: 0 abstain: 0 motion carried

The Town Board left the executive session at 8:05pm.
