MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT:
The Town of Rochester Town Board, as requested by the Ulster County Magistrates Association, authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign a MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENTBetweenTHE ULSTER COUNTY SHERIFF and the TOWN OF ROCHESTER allowing the Town of Rochester to utilize the Ulster County Jail in pre arranged circumstances, as presented.
