III. Discussion with Kerhonkson Accord First Aid Squad (KAFAS) regarding contractual requirements for the Rochester Ambulance Improvement District

1. Kerhonkson Volunteer Fire Company 100th Anniversary Parade will be held on June 1, 2024.
a) 1:00 PM – Route 209 to the firehouse on Main Street. “Hillbilly Parade” on stage from 2:30-5:30 PM, followed by the trophy presentation at the Firehouse
b) Sponsor a trophy or register to participate with a float.
2. Community Preservation Plan status update
3. GAR Proposal to be discussed at May business meeting
4. Annual Financial Report – Accountant draft report to be voted on at Audit meeting for approval to send to NYS Comptroller
