A. Acceptance of Agenda
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board accepts the agenda as prepared by the Town Supervisor

B. Setting a Public Hearing
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board sets a public hearing of Local Law D of 2024, a local law amending the zoning map upon zoning permit request by a landowner, to be held Thursday April 4, 2024 commencing at 6:30pm at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Road, Accord, NY and requests the Town Clerk circulate and post all required notices of such public hearing.

C. Setting a Public Hearing
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board requests the Town Clerk send referral of Local Law D of 2024, a local law amending the zoning map upon zoning permit request by a landowner,, to the Town of Rochester Planning Board and Ulster County Planning Board for comment.
