A. Recommended resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board classifies Local Law K of 2024 as Type I under SEQRA.
B. Review parts 2 and 3 of the EAF, as presented
C. Recommened Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board adopts parts 2 and 3 of the Environmental Assessment Form and determines that Local Law K of 2024 will have no significant environmental impact.
