A. Acceptance of Agenda
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board accepts the agenda as prepared by the Town Supervisor

B. Appointment of Constable
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board appoints Christopher Lopez to the position of Constable, probationary (PT, provisional), at a pay rate of $16.00 per hour effective October 16, 2023 or upon certification by New York State, contingent on completion of any qualifications or certifications as may be required to fulfil the position.

C. Appointment of Seasonal MEO
Recommended Resolution: The Town of Rochester Town Board acknowledges the appointment by the Highway Superintendent of Patrick Davis to the position of MEO, seasonal, for the period of October 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 at a pay rate of $25.85 per hour.
