D. Change in Employment Status
Recommended Resolution:The Town of Rochester Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to change the job title for D.J. Koeppen to Constable (provisional), having attained 520 hours of employment removing the probationary status. The respective hourly rate of compensation is increased to $15.50 per hour, retroactive to having attained 520 hours of employment hours.

Recommended Resolution:The Town of Rochester Town Board sets public hearing for Local Law 10-2022, a local law establishing Chapter 4 of the Town Code, Establishment of a Board of Commissioners for the Town of Rochester “Rochester Ambulance District” to be held at the Harold Lipton Community Center on December 1, 2022 at 6:30pm and requests the Town Clerk circulate legal notice
F. Public Hearing
Recommended Resolution:The Town of Rochester Town Board sets public hearing for Local Law 11-2022, a local law establishing Chapter 4 of the Town Code, Establishment of a Board of Commissioners for the Town of Rochester “High Falls Ambulance District” to be held at the Harold Lipton Community Center on December 1, 2022 immediately following the public hearing of local law 10-2022 and requests the Town Clerk circulate legal notice
