Recommended Resolution: The Town Board accepts the agenda, as prepared by the Town Supervisor.

B. Local Law 1-2022, Accessory Dwelling Units

C. Setting a Public Hearing
Recommended Resolution: The Town Board schedules a public hearing to grant exemptions to the requirements of Chapter 107: Racetrack, as per §107-7 to be held on April 14, 2022 at the Harold Lipton Community at 6:30pm. The Town Clerk is requested to circulate notice.

D. Special Meeting
Recommended Resolution: The Town Board schedules a special meeting to be held Thursday April 14, 2022 at the Harold Lipton Community Center immediately following the public hearing. The Town Clerk is requested to circulate notice.

E. Employment Application Form
Recommended Resolution: The Town Board adopts the document “County of Ulster Application for Examination or Employment” as the Town of Rochester employment application form.
